On the way to a new website or app, we follow a specially developed process in 7 phases.

1. Plan

The process begins with a kickoff & briefing workshop. This meeting is also the first milestone. Goals and expectations are defined. 2. Define

3. Design

The screen design of the homepage and the subpages defines the appearance of the future website. It shows how the content will be displayed on different screen sizes and devices. The third milestone “Artwork Review” is a key function for the following steps.

4. Build

In this phase, which is the most time-consuming, the future content is created. Programmers, filmmakers, photographers, animation designers and copywriters transform the specifications into visible and usable results. In the fourth milestone, “Proof of Design”, everything is checked and approved.

5. Test

The website is tested for its practicality for different devices and browsers using multi-platform testing procedures. Adjustments and optimisations are made in the process. Field-tested checklists support the systematic procedure for the efficient implementation of the tests.

6. Launch

After the test phase and the “launch approval”, the fifth milestone, the website is launched. The new website is online!

7. Maintain

Like a machine, a website needs careful maintenance. Support – “ongoing maintenance” – includes periodic system monitoring, regular updates and performance reporting. This involves monitoring the success and constant further development, which is responsible for ensuring that the website is well positioned in search engines.
